Great idea and very easy to use - Shark Tank
The cheese chopper is so much easier than taking a block of cheese out, slicer and a cutting board. It is all built in one and works great. My wife thought it was silly, but it is so convenient, clean and simple to use.I was frustrated at first because it wouldnt cut the very bottom of the slice and Id have to break it off, but I realized I just needed to tighten the wire. The large Tillamook blocks from Costco fit snug. I had one slice that was too big and it stuck in chopper. I sliced off a fraction of the side and it fit and worked great.I bet if it was $10 cheaper it would sell faster, but works great.

Great product but needs some tweaks
I love that this cheese keeper is multifunctional, however, there are some downsides. Some of the utensils that you use to cut the cheese, don’t work too well and you have to hold the side wheel thing in order for it to not move. For someone with carpal tunnel like myself, it hurt to hold the wheel while trying to shred the cheese. But it’s overall use is great! The cheese stores nicely and I love the cheese slicer. It’s definitely made my cheese cutting way easier and simpler.FYI: this item is a bit bulky and may not fit in your narrower shelves due to the handle part on top. We keep ours on the top shelf or the bottom. It’s too big for any others.

Buyer Beware!
Just received this a few days ago. Will definitely be returning it! It is impossible for be to change the different blades! Very poor design! Wish I read reviews before purchasing.

Not as good as I was hoping
I had very high hopes for this. It seemed like the dream cheese slicing set up and the video made it look effortless (as they always do). Sadly I quickly came to the realization this was not exactly the case. The wire cutter proved absolutely worthless. I had read other reviews saying to make sure to tighten the wire which I did and still it was not sufficiently finishing cuts. After each cut the wire was stretching or pulling out. As you can see in the picture I have the adjuster nearly maxed out and still poor tension. With the normal blade I had much better luck and it actually cuts pretty well. Only other issue I have had is depending on where the block is on the tray it can sometimes cause the tray to slide and you get a crooked cut. If you hold the wheel while cutting it will prevent this but it's a hassle.

Great in theory, but has a lot of unfortunate design choices
Like many of you, I ran here from TikTok to grab one of these bad boys. The price point was a bit 'ugh' but I figured it'd be worth it because we could buy the whole block of cheese and store it, slicing what we need as we go, right? Wrong. Let's break it down.*The locking lid is very tight, and has a rubber seal so our cheese is always hella fresh. Unfortunately, it's so tight that I worry about it's longevity. Plastic is prone to snapping.*The entire device is smaller than you'd expect. We were thinking we could cut a square block of cheese in half and it would fit inside, but we ended up quartering the block of cheese just to get it to fit, which means I now have to store the rest of the cheese elsewhere.*The channels that hold the handle'd pieces are not lubricated, and even after drizzling a tiny bit of oil in there the attachments don't glide smoothly. Everything is very slow and jerky, which is 'okay' for the wire cutter, but if you had any hopes of using The Cheese Chopper to replace your cheese grater bell/box thing, I'd reconsider.*As seen in my pictures, the wire doesn't even go all the way to the bottom of the sliding board, which means there's always a bit of cheese stuck to the board that you have to pry off. A waste of precious cheese :c*The knob on the side slides the cheese plate in and out, cool. The problem is that the knob is so close to the front of the device that you can't turn it properly and have to resort to gently twisting it like you're trying to break into an old timey vault in a western movie's bank while listening for the tumblers. This is an accessibility issue as well.*We haven't cleaned ours yet, but I'm already anticipating that it won't be easy or satisfying. There's no way to remove the cheese plate, which means soap/water will collect underneath it. The ports on either side are through-and-through though, so you can use a straw cleaner in there no problem. In summation, it's a great idea, but I think another look at the drawing board would be helpful in terms of cleanliness, space, and accessibility, which would likely lead to more sales and better reviews. I don't regret buying The Cheese Chopper, but I'm a little miffed that I spent this much money on something that is always mildly annoying to use.

Highly recommended for anyone that likes fresh sliced cheese
This is an amazing invention! We used to slice all of our cheese ahead of time and keep it in a container in the fridge. Now, with this awesome gadget, I am able to play with cheese as I go, which makes it fresher. I also find this better, because the cheese slices more evenly than the slicer I had. I love that it is a storage and a slicer all in one. The only honest issue I have is that I wish it came in the same shape as the block of cheese I buy but, it still fits if I put the cheese in sideways.

Convenient
This is a handy little kitchen gadget that we use daily. Is it over engineered? Yes. Do I still love it? Also yes. Makes storing and slicing cheese a breeze!
