Unfortunately, my MacBook Pro (M1) does not recognize it at all. The software available on Anker’s website fails to detect the camera, rendering it unusable. After some research, it’s clear that other users have experienced similar compatibility issues with PowerConf cameras on Macs. It’s hard to understand how a product at this price point can be sold and then effectively abandoned with no meaningful support just a few years later. This was an expensive purchase, and it now sits unused in its box.
