I was recommended by my doctor to try a liquid B12 vitamin, but the ones I could get at the drug store were a mix of B vitamins, too low dose (less than 1000mcg), and had a terrible, rancid berry flavor. This one can easily be dosed up to 500mcg using the graduation marks on the dropper (I recommend looking at it up against something white or very light in color, in a well-lit place to be able to read the brown marks with the red liquid in the dropper), and has a very nice natural cherry flavor (I love cherry). I have noticed a change in my energy levels for the better with this, when I never did with the drugstore ones.
