I was frankly surprised that it didn't do a better job since it was recommended by a carpet store.  It works fine to mask the odor and keep it away, until you shampoo or steam clean your carpets, then the smell comes back with a vengeance.  I was disappointed and won't be buying the product again.  Will probably stick by the good old vinegar and water solution.  Was hoping to get away from having to smell the vinegar when an accident occurs, but I feel it works better.

The product works as described.  It removes stains and odors.  The 500 ml bottle is good for touching up your carpet if you keep up with your pet.  If you have several spots to clean you better get the bigger bottle.  The 500ml bottle is used up very quickly since you have to complete saturate the carpet and the pad below.  I cleaned up 3 spots with the bottle.
