I've cycled in and out of keto diets for years and have found them effective but difficult to maintain with my lifestyle. I tried Ketone esters years ago from another company but found the taste so horrific and the GI response so bad that I felt like I was being poisoned. My GI system is somewhat sensitive to MCT oil, so I do that in my coffee sometimes but get moderate GI concerns.So I was cautious about Metabolic Switch, but curious. I started with one scoop blended with a couple of cups of water. The taste is 100% bearable. It's not pleasant, but it's not horrible. I was nervous about GI issues, but nothing has materialized in the last week and half of trying. I've moved up to two scoops with no issues. I have some very mild heartburn type feelings, but I actually think it's just psychosomatic given prior attempts with esters.So here's the kicker: I'm feeling fantastic. I have SO much more energy for my morning workouts and I easily make it to lunch time with plenty of energy and no hunger whatsoever. I feel like I'm able to push my workouts 20% harder and I feel good afterwards. My mind feels sharp and I feel strong.So I'm a convert. My wife even started trying it and she is a fan too. ### ⭐ Tastes like vomit *by R***N on March 1, 2023* This literally tastes like vomit and actual made me vomit. I’ve been very pleased with the results! I’ve been taking it 1 or 2 times a day with 2 times a day being my goal but not always possible. After drinking the mix I feel energized, my head feels clearer and my stomach calmer . In addition, I’m sleeping better at night!!The flavor is a bit rough and takes a bit to get use to. Good news is there’s a few good recipes out there to make the taste a little better.
