On a GSD group someone brought up Exocrine pancreatic insufficiency or EPI for short. I looked into it. Turns out this is VERY common in purebred GSD. After only 2 days my dogs stool is normal again. She will still sneak a poop to eat but we have just started the treatment. And he is VERY picky with his food. So it seems to be tasteless. I bought this after he was on antibiotics and wanted to make sure he was getting that good bacteria built up. This product was recommended by my mother and sister who give this to their dogs. My sister did a bunch of research and found this to be the best. I will say that the first few days of taking this, my cat had some gas...I never heard or seen a cat fart before, how cute! But other than that, no other digestive problems. He seems to be on a regular pooping schedule now, once a day. Before I worried because he would only poop once every day & a half to 2 days. I would recommend adding this to your pet’s diet. You use very little, so a little goes a long way, and I want to make sure I’m doing everything I can to make my pet healthy.
