I'm always a bit nervous when slicing. So why haven't I see these before now?! You get several options for one really low price, and some can be adjusted for a perfect fit. They're easy to wash and they come with a storage case. They're a little awkward to use at first. It takes a few tries to get the hang of it, but once you get comfortable using them, all your knife fears disappear. Already I am much more confident in my own skills.
