It didn't get that last star because it's made in China, the knot is a little bit smaller than I expected (it doesn't affect performance, but it's visibly noticeable), and the hairs will fall out at first (this becomes less of a problem with time), but it's still a great brush and I've been using it for about 5 weeks. I switched from an Omega boar hair brush (which is good if you like a more exfoliating brush), but I find that it's much more comfortable to use and easier to get a nice lather.
