If you're smart you take the FSA crank off right away and post it on Ebay. hopefully you get $40-$50 and that can be plopped down for a new Ultegra crank that is super stiff and provides instant response. After that you tackle the rear Cassette and the jump from that Heavy Tiagra to Ultegra is immense. This Ultegra Cassette is fantastic.
