Review: These Help - Product helps when your dog has loose movements Review: Great digestive support during an upset stomach. - Really happy with this product. My Goldendoodle had a bout of indigestion. She didn’t have full-blown diarrhea, but her stools were slimy, and she even woke me up for a 1 AM potty break – something that’s totally out of character for her. We had already scheduled a vet appointment, but I wanted to give her some extra digestive support in the meantime. I chose the capsules, and simply sprinkled the contents of one capsule over her dinner each night. By the third day, her stools were back to normal, and she seemed much more comfortable. We will still follow up with her vet to make sure everything is okay, but this product definitely helped to support her gut during the episode. ## Features - Digestive Support for Dogs: Proviable, a multi-strain probiotic supplement for dogs, contains 5 billion colony forming units (CFUs) of beneficial bacteria to help support a healthy intestinal balance - Prebiotics to Support a Healthy Microbiome: Proviable contains prebiotics to encourage the growth of the beneficial Proviable probiotics within the intestinal tract. This product really works great. Also you can feed white rice by itself or with a little chicken broth, for diarrhea and/or vomiting. Plain non fat yogurt can help with constipation and diarrhea. Goats milk will give nutrients at the same giving fluid. You can buy it in powder form made for humans or already made. The pet formula by answers (which you can only buy at very few pet shops and is frozen) will give you oz. amounts. This information is from vet I was a vet tech for many years. I repeated this information all the time .Never ever give real dairy milk. I just gave the extra information hoping it will be helpful to you. **Q: Do I need to store the tube in the fridge after I open it?** A: The probiotic bacteria in Proviable products are protected to ensure viability with storage at room temperature, not to exceed 77 degrees F, for two years. The expiration dates are found on the packaging. If there is concern about storage at temperatures above 77 degrees F, Proviable products can be stored in the refrigerator as long as they are not frozen. **Q: My dog won't eat the paste. Any recommendations for hiding it in food?** A: My dog would not eat it when I tried squirting it in her mouth. I learned to put it either on my finger or on a spoon, and now she licks it off. I sometimes have to put a dab on her nose or lips, but once she licks that off, she remembers that she likes the paste and willingly licks up the rest. **Q: Is this okay for puppies** A: Consult a veternarian. There are many reasons---some quite serious---a puppy might have diarrhea. Hie thee to a vet! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These Help *by R***N on 11 September 2023* Product helps when your dog has loose movements ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great digestive support during an upset stomach. *by B***A on 6 July 2026* Really happy with this product. Our vet tested him for different diseases and worms and we concluded he has colitis, it is particularly rampant when he is stressed or off his schedule. Unlucky for us because he is a very sensitive boy and hates any routine changes. Our vet put him on a rx dog food. A few weeks later it was getting better but it was still lingering so he told us to add these in to his medicine routine every day. Since adding these capsules, he rarely had diarrhea. He may have it once every other month or so. Which is so much better than the few times a week! He has no issue taking the pills. They are easy to give in a capsule and it easily fits in pill pockets or wrap in a piece of cheese. You can also pull the capsule open and sprinkle it on their food. He has now been on this for about a year and I can say the difference is amazing: between his food and this probiotic, he is a totally different dog. We highly recommend this brand and their products! ## Frequently Bought Together - Nutramax Proviable Probiotics for Dogs, Diarrhea Support Kit, Digestive Health Supplement with Multiple Strains of Bacteria, Plus Prebiotics, Kaolin and Pectin, 30 ml Paste and 10 Capsules - Nutramax Proviable Probiotics for Dogs and Cats, Daily Digestive Health Supplement with Multiple Strains of Bacteria, Cat and Dog Probiotics Plus Prebiotics, 80 Capsules - Nutramax Proviable Digestive Health Supplement Kit with Multi-Strain Probiotics and Prebiotics for Cats and Small Dogs, With 7-Strains of Bacteria, 15 mL Paste and 10 Capsules --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/374796986-nutramax-laboratories-proviable-digestive-health-supplement-kit-with-multi-strain](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/374796986-nutramax-laboratories-proviable-digestive-health-supplement-kit-with-multi-strain) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-11-02*
