I've it them about once/month for 5 months for my DJ setup. The lights fit well, not too loose but not bulging out of the allotted space. So far I've had no issues transporting the par lights (and some other light gear when I only use two of the light slots). I really like that there's an extra side pocket for smaller bits and bobs that tend to be needed for lighting.
