I don't care as I use daily and really like it....no worries in my book. **Q: Is this product antibacterial too?** A: It does not say anything about being antibacterial. It is mainly for moisturizing the face. **Q: Do I still have to use a regular moisterizer at night while using this?** A: I believe you should be ok just with Cetaphil. Excellent product and I don't see a reason to use another one. I can not say don't use it 100% because I don't know how your skin is. Each person's skin is different and has different needs.
