I can't get it open. I know it's something simple. What ?** A: I had the same problem, then I discovered that after you push down and turn the cap it will look like it is crooked, with one side of the cap up and the other side still down. I took a pair of wire pliers and gently lifted up on the side of the cap that was up, and the cap popped off. It took me at least five minutes to figure this out.
