**Q: what is the difference between this and the wrinkle paste?**
A: Hi there! Great question! While both accomplish the same goal, Tear Stain Paste is a bit thinner & easier to run through long haired breeds fur. Hope this helps! 🙌🏻

**Q: It seems like my pups staining is getting worse after using your product for 4 days? Am I doing something wrong?**
A: Hi there! Thanks for reaching out! So it can sometimes look like the staining is darkening just because adding the paste to the area will kind of flatten the hair against the already darker underlying skin, which usually isn't able to be seen as well. We do recommend once daily use though for a wk or so and you should see an improvement by then. Hope this helps!

**Q: Does it stay white when applied or does it blend in for dogs that aren't white but still have tear stains?**
A: No it doesn't stay white. You want to rub it in and try to get it down to the skin, under the hair and wipe off the excess

**Q: Will this help keep fur out of my puppies eyes?**
A: I have a chinese crested that has a bit of a delicate skin.  I liked this stuff at first because her tears made her eye area painful.  I used squish face and it softened the tear stain area and stopped the pain, but also she lost all the fur in that area.  I am using a different product now and her fur has grown back.  I can't actually say squishface caused the disappearance of hair but I think so.

Buy a BEPANTHEN PLUS in a pharmacy. Works better and doesn’t harm. Instead heals the wrinkles. However this paste works too but if you keep it at room temperature it will become watery. If you keep it in the fridge it becomes solid. Very inconvenient
