So I was a little hesitant on purchasing this item ( 30-piece nail stamping kit) but I am so happy I purchase this. it is a great product and it is the only stamping kit that I have found (other than konad which is pretty expensive) that works flawlessly. It arrived on time and the packaging was good and well-protected. The only bad things I have to say about this product are: 1.The scraper that this kit comes with does scratch the plates so I recommend using a old credit card or a card that you are no longer using to scrap the nail polish off instead of the scraper. 2.The edges of the plates themselves are very sharp. I cut myself just trying to remove the blue protective film that is on the plate. So be very careful when handling and if you are purchasing this item for a child (I purchased this for my nine-year-old niece but of course I tested them first) I would recommend purchasing a set of protective sleeves (can be found on desertcart as well) so your little ones don't hurt themselves. 3.the plates I received had scratches all over them and I was worried that the images on the plates would be affected by the scratches but after taking the blue film off I found that the scratches that were on the plates were superficial and did not affect the design at all. the Stamper itself works great the only thing I did 2 it was cleaned it off with acetone before using it. The designs are amazing. I'm not sure if each set comes with different plates in them but the plates I received have some of the following designs on them: flowers and hearts (great for Valentine's Day), snowflakes and presents (great for Christmas), yin yang, dragon's, and butterflies, just to name a few But there are so many more and each stamping plate has 6 - 7 designs on it. This product is a must-have for all nail fanatics and I still can't believe that I got 30 plates for $13. I got 2 sets for my two girls. The first was the 10 plate and the other was the 30 plate set. I split them up so they both had 20. There were only about 8 duplicates throughout the entire 40, which worked out fine since I was splitting between two girls. I agree with other users that the scraper that comes with the kit is pretty useless. I pulled out two old credit cards from about 8 years ago (I have no idea why I still had these!) and use those instead. They're really easy to scrape with. I also put each plate in the holders that I purchased separately,recommended by another user (PUEEN Nail Stamp Plate Case Holder), and put them in their Christmas stockings. I tried them out with the girls Christmas day and we had a ball. The girls are 9 and 11 so their fingers and nails are a bit small for these size stamps. There are a few that will fit on their tiny fingernails, but mostly their for fully grown hands. I can use everyone of the stamps on my fingernails. It helps that I actually have long nails too. They don't. I'm sure they'll get more use out of them as they reach their teen years and quit biting their nails! Shipping was fast, quality is really good for the price. Watch the you tube videos to get a good technique down. I don't ever paint my fingernails and if I can do it, anyone can. You just have to watch how it's done before you decide it doesn't work. However, I am gonna give individual stars in this review. The stamper is great. I would definitely buy another one. Once I'm able to pick up the pattern, I have no problem transferring it and when I cannot pick up the pattern is almost never the stamper's fault. I think the size of the stamper is decent and normal and pretty clean. The scraper is garbage. I'm sorry but it is. It is like the sponge applicators in the drug store eye shadow palettes that you know you're not gonna use but the companies include it any way. I threw it away and use an old non working credit card instead. The stamp plates are a mixture. Some of them are worthless some of them are good so it is challenging to judge them as a whole. One thing is for sure. I would probably not buy this set. I said it is ok because some of the stamp plates are good and the designs are cute and the stamper it's great but all together is not worth it.
