The mint chocolate chip is as close to ice cream as it gets! The Caramel Macchiato is amazing, if you like Star Bucks coffee with caramel drizzle you will like this. And Caramel Macchiato is the only Jym Pro with caffeine(40mg of caffeine per serving which is a nice little pick me up in the morning). Those 2 are my favorite flavors so far, I will update as I try more. I have tried and like the Red Velvet and the Vanilla but not as much as the 2 listed above. I mix mine in 6-8oz of water and let it sit for 10-30 mins in the fridge and it thickens up nicely while making the flavors more intense.Just as a side note Jim states on his website you can mix this protein and slam it right away, you can mix it and sip on it, or you can mix it and let it sit to enhance flavor and thicken. Also it can be mixed in milk, soy milk, almond milk, and any other type of milk/yogurt. I have also found it's pretty good mixed in oatmeal if you want jazz up your boring old oatmeal. You can even make pancakes with it for a super high protein breakfast or snack!Lastly, being a mix of protein types (whey, casein, egg) and a completely translucent non-proprietary blend you know exactly what you are getting and exactly how much of each protein source you are getting in every serving! Having this blend gives you different absorption rates so you are constantly keeping your body saturated with protein over a longer time period than standard single type protein powder. Hands down it's the best protein powder on the market.I keep around 3-4 jugs on hand so I don't get burnt out on one flavor and so I'm never worried about running out.
