You must sand the wood and stain it before nailing each plank together. There are no pre-assembeld walls, floor, or roof as you are led to believe. This is not a matter of simply assembling those pieces together. Each plank must be assembled for each wall, the floor, and the roof. Far from being 16 man hours, this project is likely to take 60+ man hours! Very disappointed. Yes, it was cheaper than others, but I would have been willing to pay more money and have it more pre-fabricated. We needed this shed in a hurry, and it will likely be a couple of months before we can get it completed now. I would have given 0 stars if I could have! If not can it be added easily?** A: You can add wall insulation but we do not recommend it for a small cabin like this one. Much better investment is subflooring and thermal panels between the ceiling boards and the roofing material. A small heater or a/c unit takes you a long way at a fraction of the wall insulation cost. And the cabin still looks like a cabin. Wall insulation changes that. **Q: wheres the bathroom ?** A: These small cabin kits are basically just shells, i.e. four walls. Theoretically you can build a bathroom inside a 113 sqf space but it leaves you very little space for anything else. **Q: What type of roof do you get? What kind of floor do you get. Are they Insulated** A: There is roofing felt included but the final roofing must be purchased by the customer. Due to association rules, different preferences by different customers, etc. there is no one roofing choice. Some like bitumen shingles, some like tile, and so on. Floorboards are 21/32" T&G spruce pattern stock. It was exactly as expected. The quality was fantastic. The delivery was very smooth, and professional. All the pieces were hand checked for damage as they were unloaded. It was easy to put together. ### ⭐ The wood warped to an almost unusable level before I had a chance to assemble the cabin *by J***E on May 21, 2018* I thought I was going to end up with $4,000 in fire wood. I live in dry SW Arizona, When I received the product it had to be un banded to unload by hand off the trailer. From the day of unloading the wood started warping. My first stab at assembly was about 2 weeks later and by then the wood was warped enough to make the tongue and groove seams not come together easily. Ran into trouble getting it together so my wife and I made several more attempts in the following weekends. Finally I gave up and contacted a contractor. When I contacted the seller with my issues they said I'm the only one who had ever had this problem and offered no other assistance. By then I've had the wood about 3 months stacked and stored dry in the shade. many of the boards had over 3 inches of warping. The Contractor made some special tools , modified the design and fabricated and replaced the worst of the boards.
