It's simple. You can only put in about 3 sheets at the same time and they will be shredded. It's a small machine. Does bog a bit at 8, says it will do 10 but haven’t tried. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked for a month *by N***X on May 21, 2024* Update: after leaving this review, they contacted me to send me a new one and as of today, they finally replied to my original email. So, I got the replacement and it seems to work fine, but I'm not sure what my best advice is if it breaks. Four stars for replacing the product and it arriving quickly. I've emailed Woolsche twice now about this item. I bought it at the end of January and it's completely dead as of the beginning of May after I didn't use it for about two months. Initially, it was a great shredder and seemed sturdier than the previous one I was replacing. Only three settings on the slider: auto, off, and reverse. This would be fine if reverse didn't shove little paper bits into the plastic housing, requiring that I completely disassemble the shredder to see if I can clear the sensor to run it at all (which is honestly more work than I want to deal with for this product). I would've given this a higher review if there was any support by the company, but the complete ghosting by Woolsche for a product that I've had less than 4 months by the time it kicked the bucket has left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't recommend this shredder or Woolsche thanks to this and would've accepted my fate if they didn't list that they'll help you right away with their email listed on the top of the shredder.
