I believe it to be absorbed well and the dosage does not give diarrhea or any kind of Gastro upset. The only thing I wish was is that it lasted longer because the bottle is quite large, which is good but for one person it goes bad generally before I can finish it, but it’s good stuff and my whole family has taken it

I’ve used this for years. It has a fruity kind of taste, which I think is fine and it’s a very soft magnesium. I believe it to be absorbed well and the dosage does not give diarrhea or any kind of Gastro upset.
