They are quite small, but tall. You can fit a small piece of maybe Brie w/strawberry jam, pudding, peanut butter, etc. I will use some of them for my mincemeat. Best to heat a little, but the other puff type of shells I have been using I put in the oven for maybe only 5-6 mins on about 200 degrees just to warm them up. Too long and they will dry out and turn brown...experience talking here! Good luck and enjoy and I am looking forward to using mine! :-) **Q: Ingredients? How do these taste? Critical factors before ordering...** A: I thought they were good. Neutral. I used them for chicken salad. You could definitely use for something sweet. Flaky enough, not stale or heavy but beware they are small!! Mine were heaping with chicken salad and require careful stuffing. They really do look great though. I say worth it. I will order again! **Q: What is the ingredient information? How many carbs per shell do they have?** A: I don’t know. I threw them out. They were hard as a rock and some partially crumbed. Wasn’t able to return them so they were pitched. **Q: Can these be frozen after receiving them?** A: Absolutely, I received mine and put them directly in the freezer. These are wonderful puff pastries. Great taste ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best pastry cups ever! *by L***D on December 30, 2023* I served these last night with smoked salmon, creme fraiche and capers and every single one was eaten. They are so hard to find locally after Christmas holidays ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I *by M***. on May 28, 2026* I am reading comments about the packaging and broken puff pastry shells. Not sure if I am just lucky but I did not have a single broken shell nor were there any problems with the shipment I received. The puff pastry shells are delicious. I used them when I was making a sweet table for a baby shower and also a wedding shower. Everyone made a comment about how good they tasted. I will be ordering more later this week. ## Frequently Bought Together - La Boulangerie Des Gourmets Puff Pastry Shells -Ready to Use 20.32 OZ- 96 pcs - Athens Foods Mini Fillo Dough Shells 15 Per Box (3 Boxes) - CROC'IN - Neutral Mini Tart Shells - Edible Appetizer Or Dessert Cups - Pastry Pans - Artisanal & Vegan Confection - 60 Pieces --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/371507240-la-boulangerie-des-gourmets-puff-pastry-shells-ready-to-use](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/371507240-la-boulangerie-des-gourmets-puff-pastry-shells-ready-to-use) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-28*
