Luckily, I was only travelling 5 miles per hour and the damage was minimal. If this had happened on the freeway, things would have been quite different. This one is holding the trailer to the ball very well. I did add a stainless steel bolt to the roller pin to make it stronger. And I've noticed that it is necessary to remove all tension between the vehicle and the trailer to allow the coupler to be removed from the ball. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product, used heavily. *by D***. on October 23, 2017* I have about 15 trailers that use this type of coupler. From heavy use eventually I need to replace my couplers, no matter how many times I have my employees grease them eventually they will wear through. but over the years have put at least eight to ten of these on my trailers after the original ones failed. So far they all seem to work great.
