This DVD has very good exercises for relaxing your eyes(palming). I am yet to use all other exercises (from this DVD) to improve my vision. I wanted to make one point though - I was expecting to see few traditional yoga exercises for eyes since there was a mention of "Yoga" in the title of this DVD. This DVD does not contain any traditional yoga exercises for eyes. This DVD is based on Dr.William H.Bates methods. I thought the presence of "Yoga" in the title is kind of misleading for people who are aware of traditional yoga. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's possible to heal your eyes, but this isn't the best method for most *by F***N on November 10, 2018* Meir Schneider was legally blind and repaired his eyes with an intense regimen of eye exercises. Most customers don't have nearly as severe a problem, so it's difficult to keep motivation when glasses are enough to cover up the problem. Moreover, some of the exercises may not even be applicable to many people. However, just the knowledge that it's possible to heal my eyes was immensely valuable. I did some searching for other methods, and found a more focused regimen for my problem (nearsightedness). The key points are to avoid using full-strength glasses to look at close things (computer and phone), and give your eyes plenty of time to look at things at the edge of blur, preferably at a distance and outside. It will take years to get back to 20/20, but at least it stops the progression of nearsightedness immediately. If you're nearsighted, look up Jake Steiner and Endmyopia.
