Review: Sadly let down - I had high expectations on these but didn't need them. Well built headphones, reasonably comfortable but volume if people on other end wasn't very loud and could be get them louder. I had been using a cheaper JBL Headphones before these and went back to them after this. Reasonably comfortable meant they were soft ear pads but small and we're good but not great. I understand the more you pay the better the features are. I need them for Zokm calls which can go for up to 90-120mins per call and I struggled with these after the second call in a row. So if you are on calls for longer periods, pay for better than these. So no good for longer calls and volume wasn't very loud for average caller. Louder callers maybe but you need clear louder earphones to hear all what t he caller says then choose another set if headphones.
Review: Buen producto... pero... - Adquiri estos auriculares en noviembre 2022, funcionaron sin problema hasta que decidí actualizar el firmware de acuerdo a la aplicación del fabricante y ahi fue donde empezaron los problemas. El programa jabra direct indicó que la actualización se realizó sin problema alguno pero al momento de desconectar y conectar nuevamente el equipo ya no fue detectado (laptop con windows). Conecté el equipo a otras laptops y no funcionó. Probé sobre una Macbook y ahi si fue detectada y funciona a medias ya que hay que hacer "reset" para que el sistema de audio de la macbook la reconozca. Segui el proceso de soporte pero al fina indican que para hacer efectiva la garantia (o algo similar) tengo que enviar el producto a estados unidos porque el equipo es de importación. Los gastos corren por mi cuenta, tanto del envio como de que me llegue a mi domicilio (México). Yo no tengo una direccion allá y pues practicamente aqui se termina la buena experiencia de uso del equipo. Considerando esto buscare otras opciones de marca y sobre todo que pueda comprar en Mexico

I had high expectations on these but didn't need them. Well built headphones, reasonably comfortable but volume if people on other end wasn't very loud and could be get them louder. I had been using a cheaper JBL Headphones before these and went back to them after this. Reasonably comfortable meant they were soft ear pads but small and we're good but not great. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable and not too big for small heads!

***UPDATE: 4 years in*** I've been using these for at least 6 hours a day since 2021 and the only thing I've had to do is replace the ear pads a couple of times because they got so worn out from a lot of use. Recently, the cord is showing a lot of wear and has started to crack. Since I am hybrid telecommute, I take these with me on the days I work onsite and I wrap the cord around the set before putting it in my backpack. This may have contributed to the cracking. But, hey, I think getting a solid 4 years use out of these with zero trouble is pretty remarkable given how much I use them. I will be buying a new pair as soon as I finish this review update. If you are hesitating, don't, just go ahead and buy them! Highly recommend. **Original review from 2021*** I'm a petite woman and a lot of headsets overwhelm my head. I was in the lookout for a comfortable headset. Now that I'm working from home permanently, I wear headset sometimes more than 6 hours a day. My old cheapy ones would kill my ears, so I did A LOT of research on headsets. I didn't want a gaming headset, I wanted something designed for virtual meetings. This one is perfect! It's comfortable, the sound is great, and my colleagues have told me the microphone is crystal clear. One thing I don't like is the Sidetone. This is a feature where you can actually hear your voice through the speakers. Boy, talk about distracting. If you are one of those people who hates the sound of your own voice, you won't like this either. Fortunately you can turn it off! Highly recommend these headsets if you have to use Teams and Zoom for virtual meetings.
