If you like moist heat, you may spray water before microwaving. If you use it directly on the skin, most of the time, with the heat you can feel the moisture after using it for at least 10 minutes. If you soak it in water, the seeds may become sticky. You can try to do a quick wash and fast drying so the inside doesn't stick. It will be a risk to take if it didn't turn out right. Or if you can sew, cut it open, wash it, fill it with what you like and sew it back close. Try to match our quality won't be easy.
