There are no rolling wheels on it, but I’d prefer it that way the color solid black looks really nice in my room. For instance, one is just straight across, the second one he put together L-Shaped for me. They look very retro-industrial. They look great with flowers on top, books, blankets. And YES!!! They hold all of your hanging clothes EXTREMELY STURDY!!! I have a lot of clothes and I have put things on all the shelves, on top racks, middle racks, hung up everything I needed to, and I cannot say enough!
