He outlines it on Reddit, but this book really fleshes it out, like it puts it in context. Bonus points for different methods too. If you were to buy one book on AP, this is it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing book and advice *by L***7 on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 March 2024* I was able to astral project and leave my body 4 times, once reaching the ceiling, once just waking up and lifting my astral body, and another time reaching far above my ceiling with some of the methods outlined in the book. I am grateful to the author and would highly recommend the book! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Crucial AP Knowledge! *by D***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 30 August 2021* This book is amazing and i'm honestly so mad at the fact that these words are not acknowledged by the whole AP community, it's literally needed! I loved chapter 8, so far i've been practicing AP but without me realising i've kind of had this doubt deep at the back of my mind which i'm sure kept me away from it but this book got rid of it, I feel like if I want to go AP right this moment I can just do so, all this time these methods never kept me entertained, I get bored super easily and i am pretty inpatient, no method applied to me because i couldn't do it without somehow breaking the rules that limited me from AP, not on purpose but my clumsy, inpatient way of being would, i would always be mad that when I focus on my breathing/ear ringing/imagining things my thoughts would take over, I couldn't focus on them and it made me mad and anxious about the process, pushing me away, only for me to find out that it is something natural and my body was doing what it is meant to do! The simple "no-method method" is what I needed but didn't know, a method where I can be myself, no forcing an uncomfortable position or some type of exercise that didn't even help me AP, a method where I can be myself and have OBE's at my fingertips, so thank you! Your words were great, I totally loved your book and whatever you put out to the public you already know i'll buy it ASAP, i'm putting all my friends interested in AP on your book!!! This is what they need.I can gurantee that whoever reads this book to the end will be able to have MULTIPLE OBE's not just one by the end of the month, even less, by the end of the week as it all depends on you once you read the book! --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/368934288-the-illusion-of-method-undressing-the-core-practice-of-astral](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/368934288-the-illusion-of-method-undressing-the-core-practice-of-astral) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-11-01*
