A: Longer one for driving and the shorter one for improving rhythm. I have the short. Hope this help. It is an excellent training aid

Make sure you get the right length, i actually found this to be a great trainer for helping with your swing stroke. With the orange ball on the end you can see the path the club takes whilst practicing and it has helped me to square the club more on impact. excellent product would recomend to all golfers regardless of h/cap.
