But Biltong is NOT exactly jerky.It's yummy, but at the same time it's still a bit of an acquired taste. The Peri Peri flavor is (in my opinion) a bit more approachable than the original flavor for those with a more western palate. Chuck it in the fridge, work your way through it an ounce at a time. It really does work at adding flavor and body to sandwiches, salads, soups and whatever. Especially the little bits at the bottom of the bag.I don't swear by the stuff or live off it, but it's the best at doing what it does.
