Just getting that out of the way. I've never had a steamer before, and I can't believe how good this works. It's quick and travels well, and does just as good of a job as an iron unless you need a sharp press. It is better for some things, like getting the creases out of my graduation gown. On a flat surface, that would have been all but impossible with an iron, as evidenced by some of my fellow graduates! Only cons are: It will occasionally spit a little water on the garment, leaving a wet spot that dries in a few minutes.
