I use this flavoring to make biscotti and pizzelles (and this was the brand my grandmother used). **Q: could it be used to flavor iced water?** A: It makes the water taste like very much diluted ouzo. **Q: how many carbs!!!!** A: I do not know how many carbs however you usually use an eighth of a teaspoon or less per serving. I looked all over the box I have and it just says oil water and alcohol.
