Since it's been a few years and LED tech is advancing quickly, I thought I'd try this model which claimed to have 1000 lumens (30% more than my original bulb). However when I received it, it appeared to be the exact same model I bought a few years ago (I couldn't see any difference), and was just as bright, despite its claim to have more lumens. So I sent it back and will wait until an actually brighter solution is available. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They installed with no difficulty and work just fine. They aren't quite as bright as the halogens *by V***A on April 25, 2016* I just used a pair of the short 10W LED assemblies to replace the halogen bulbs in one of my motion-sensing security lamps.
