Pre 2.0+ wall push push-buttons were nothing more than a single pole momentary contact switch - a doorbell button/switch. I wanted to add several switches around garage that worked the opener but in order to add the latest switches is would cost $30/switch because of the 2.0+ boards integrated in the Chamb/LiftMas switches. Trying to internally access switch connections was going to have to be a soldering miracle but this brilliant device accomplishes this by making physical contact of internal switch connections without soldering.
