However, there are a couple of things to consider:1. Don't wear it for along time directly on your skin for the first time.There is a very small chance of an allergic reaction to the Materials used.Always wash before first use and then progressively increase the time of wearing it.Start with 30 minutes for example, then 1 hour, then 2, then 3 etc.Once you are confident that you do not react to it you may wear it directly on your skin for longer periods.2. I have upper back pain because I am bent over all day at work. I’m in pain all the time but after only a few hours of wearing this, my pain was GONE. Now I wear it everyday and my back still feels good at the end of the day. It chafes a little under the arms if you wear a tank top so wear with sleeves. I highly recommend it for anyone with shoulder or upper back pain. ### ⭐⭐⭐ On the fence *by L***T on May 1, 2019* This was wonderful in the first 2 months. After that, it started to break down. I tried electric tape to keep it together. It hurts under your arms. So, I don't wear it anymore. I'm still glad that I purchased it when I did because it did help a lot but if you are a small frame it's going to be a big problem for you and if your shoulders are very tiny like mine again it's going to be a problem. The girl in the picture has great muscular build and shoulders and it's very deceiving. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the better braces I have tried *by G***S on November 7, 2019* I have tried multiple posture correctors, and this one was one of the best. Most importantly it was effective, pulling my shoulder both back and down. Many other braces don't have a waist band to anchor it down, and I have found that to be really important. The materials were also high quality and it has lasted with a fair amount of use.
