Reviews are mixed, so definitely size up. I am 5 ft 4 in and approximately 180 lb, muscular build/arms with wide shoulders, C-cup. Typically I wear a small or medium t-shirt and a medium jacket. I purchased the medium and it fits well otherwise except the shoulders/upper arms are very tight, bust doesn't close. This could be because of muscle, or the coats running small. If you find that your clothes are usually tight in the shoulders or bust, definitely go up a size. I am returning the medium for a large. The rest of the coat is good quality, the shape is very flattering and looks very professional.
