After reading the reviews I had different, let's say worse, expectations. I don't know if it really did anything or not. Maybe it helped a little but so does everything else on the market. I was looking for something reliable and more natural. I'll still use it.

I only took one of these and got really sick. Never went to the bathroom but threw up 4 times. Everyone has a different system maybe I am intolerant to the ingredients as I have a sensitive system

This product recommends taking one or two tablets a few times a day. Finding that balance for yourself personally is the fun part. I tend to start off slow then work my way up. This tablet is made up of fibers that does not absorb into your system but will run directly through your system providing bulk that you need to help elimination. Too much of it will block you up like cement. Too little does not seem to have much effect. Hard part is that each person is different so I suggest taken one and then increase to two, once or twice a day and increase from there. These are hard pill type tablets that are still fairly easy to swallow, however, if you have problem with taking pills these may give you some issue. There are other fiber type supplements out there which are easier to take and may work a little more effectively for myself personally. Still not a bad product, just different than other ones I’ve used in the past. Be sure to drink lots of fluids while using this product. This product does claim to absorb the bad stuff in your system and then help eliminate them. My only concern is if it’s absorbing the bad stuff it’s probably also absorbing the good stuff such as your vitamins and minerals. Be sure to take supplements to help replace this.

This is a powerful way to get rid of all the bad stuff in your gut and clean out your bowels!!! Also great to get rid of gas!! However, I would begin taking it right before the weekend so you can clean out your system alone!!! After the initial flushing you are free to roam the world in the knowledge you have clean bowels and won't have to suddenly rush to the bathroom without much notice!!! Works good... Thank you!!!

I've been using this and it has not worked.

These natural super binder tablets work really fast. I was feeling uncomfortable and bloated. I only took one of these and within 15 minutes, I felt way less bloated and no stomach upset. The dose is actually two tablets but one worked just fine for me. I like that this is all natural plant-based fiber. It works like Gas-X.
