They're like giant dark chocolate m&m's. However, these are obviously not candy so stick to the serving size to avoid jitteriness and an upset stomach.I'm a regular coffee drinker but can still feel a little jolt of energy from the caffeine & B vitamins in these energems. Therefore those who are caffeine sensitive will want to stay away.Pros:• boost of energy• decent taste, no vitamin flavor• convenient packagingCons:• dark chocolate flavor is a little bitter/intense• 7 grams of sugar per serving• cost is a little high for only 7 servings per bottle(3 energems per serving)I like these and keep them on hand.
