After a couple uses, it has flared out to be about the same size as my previous kabuki and the bristles have been the perfect texture for picking up and evenly distributing my mineral makeup. Somehow, it manages to get into all the pores and crevices of my face, giving me medium to full coverage, depending on how many times I repeat application. I haven't tried cleaning it yet, but considering the price for 2 brushes is less than half of the cost of a single brush from the mineral makeup website, if something gets destroyed in the cleaning process, I'm perfectly ok with buying another one.
