I contacted the company and they sent replacements for two of the cartridges, neither of which fit. My purchase price was refunded right away, so I have no complaint about that. They stated that the cartridges were tested on their printers and worked fine. Well, they didn't work on mine. So I purchased some from Blake Printing Supply (I had bought cartridges from them previously and should have stuck with them), and my printer is running like a champ.
