Instructions are basically non-existent (A black and white photo that isn't really possible to follow).The pieces unattached easy and are flimsy.My kids (ages 10 & 5) basically just built whatever they could, but they could hardly make a marble course on their own. Even I tried it and it wasn't easy And I got nowhere near the picture on the box. She loves k'nex and any kind of construction set that is interactive and allows her to be creative. The 2 and 4 yo both tried to play with it with not much building success, but they still enjoyed watching the older kid race marbles down the different tracks. The only complaint I have as a parent is that the material does not seem durable enough to hold up for a long time in a home with six kids. Frankly, not much does. Overall, I am still happy with this purchase. We were expecting the normal sized marbles and were surprised to open the box and find the mini marbles. They are tiny. Definitely not suitable for young kids.
