Full marks to NinjaMuso for ensuring a good customer experience before I'd even requested a replacement.ORIGINAL REVIEW: The 20' Rig Ninja blue tweed cable looks and feels like a quality item. It's handsome and supple, and the included Velcro straps make coiling and stowing it a breeze. However, the sound cuts out frequently when the cable is moved. No pops or humming, just silence, and not from moving the cable near the plug ends--the fault is somewhere in the main run.My stash of guitar cables consists primarily of bulletproof DiMarzio cables and "good enough" Fender Performance Series cables that initially sound great but can exhibit durability issues over time. I hoped the Rig Ninja cable would fall somewhere between the two in price vs. performance, but the one I received isn't usable at all. I will probably just throw it out and keep the Velcro straps.A single cable constitutes a very small sample size. Your experience might be the opposite of mine, and judging from the number of positive reviews it probably will be. I like that it comes with Velcro bands, so when you roll it up, you can keep it rolled up. I will probably buy another one. In love with it so far, will update if anything changes. The quality and workmanship seem to stand out in a day and age where you get a lot of "prideless junk" for your hard earned dollars.
