Thankfully, I was 100% wrong. Much updated and expanded from the first edition, this version offers tons of practical advice in a way that's straightforward and relatable for any content professional.If you're grappling with endless devices and channels for your content, or if you want to take your skill set from marketing or technical communications to organization-wide content strategy, I definitely recommend this book.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A must read for content managment departments

If you are going to tackle content management, this book is a must. Ms. Rockley and Mr. Cooper have obviously been to this rodeo a number of times. I already had the first edition but, in the intervening years a lot has happened. I think the authors must have revisited each page.Really, if you are serious about content management, get this book.
