Basically, the exclusion zone formed at a barrier in water is approximately 2.5 times bigger when the water is illuminated with 633 nm light. Recently I got a cold, but was able to get over it in just four days. Can't be sure the light was responsible for getting better so quickly, since I also take diatomaceous earth and drink distilled water cooled to 39 degrees F to facilitate self-structuring. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Effective but cheaply made! *by N***. on July 6, 2017* So, I used this in combination with a anti-inflammatory diet and Ponaris Nasal Emollient to basically eliminate my nasal polyps. I don't know if this alone would have eliminated them but I do believe it had an impact. My issue is that for the price, it is very cheaply made. the clip on the back broke within one month. The clip that attaches to your nose has a rubber piece that is worthless and always falls off. The clip itself is now stretched a bit so you can't have it inserted in your nose while standing or sitting or it will fall out. I don't believe they even sell it on Amazon anymore and there seem to be cheaper alternatives now. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Besides it's so practical and easy to use *by N***C on April 4, 2016* I have purchased the Vielight 633 for my parents, and they have been using it for about a month. They didn't have any lab checks recently, but my father's legs and feet, which were always VERY swollen, are normal again, without taking any medication. I will update my review in a few months, but I'm impressed with what this little machine has accomplished so far!! Besides it's so practical and easy to use.
