These are really very fine quality pieces offered at astonishingly low prices. The quality is the same as (and frequently much BETTER than) the more expensive lines. The colors are very realistic, not like some I've ordered from other companies that have a strange, off tone. The styles are extremely versatile, and although they don't specify as heat stylable, I've had good luck with this (but you need to know what you are doing). The shipping is lightening fast, evening coming from the United Kingdom; it's faster than many items I get from the US. But the customer service is the cherry on top. Seldom does one see such courtesy and genuine concern for customer satisfaction. If any slight problems occur, they are speedily and generously addressed.
