That's my favorite part because I wanted something not too bulky or big to carry around with me while lifting weights. The pages are a great quality, there's some nice design/colors available, and you can record many different types of workouts (cardio, weightlifting, body weights, etc.). It's pretty versatile. The pages are also thick/tough; I throw this thing around all over the place, including the ground at the gym, and the pages don't rip or smudge. The little "notes" section on each workout log page is also nice so you can write down things about your workout (if you have a headache or a hurting body part or hadn't eaten that day or something and didn't exceed your workout from last time, you can at least explain it). Finally, every 25 workouts, this thing has a page where you can write down your body's dimensions so you can see if you are improving.
