It's a high quality band and hasn't chipped or pulled on my arm hairs. The links are secure and adjustments are pretty easy. The links come in full size and even a few in half size for fine tuning the fit. HOWEVER, like others have said, I have wider hands and the clasp doesn't open wide enough to make it easy to put on and off. I make it work and I wear it about 1/2 link looser than I would like in order to slip it on and off.
