Very good, practical phone. Everything needed for normal life - all apps, good memory/ speed/ storage. Reasonable price. It is easy to use. Good picture and camera. Only thing I struggle with is that I can't find an effective screen protector, the one I bought was difficult to use for adjusting the volume, but that's not the fault of this phone.

Absolutely awful experience with this phone. The first one was purchased and worked for 2 months before it stopped recognising the sim card. No reason for it just stopped working. Returned and ordered another one thinking just bad luck. Still awaiting refund.New one worked for around 2 hours, before entering a blue download screen and being stuck like it. Restarted numerous times and still stuck on download page. Won't reset, unusable so sending back for a refund, again. Hoping to get some money back at some stage. Clearly not good quality phones, steer clear!
