It helps the kids nasal passages stay clear - I wouldn't be concerned about the expiration date unless your child's doctor says otherwise. **Q: Did it clear baby’s stuffy nose?** A: It didn’t clear completely all at once but after a couple drops and the nose suction it helped clear out the hard bigger booger’s **Q: What if it gets into baby eyes ?
