Every item that is presented in the picture is all included with purchase. Nothing came damaged. The initial scent of the product smelled like stale alcohol but did not last after taking it out of the packaging. The overall brush is easy to use. It turns on quickly. There are three buttons on the bottom (button to increase and decrease the temperature and the on/off button). The brush has a matte finish. The brush heats up VERY quickly (about 15-20 seconds). When turning off the brush, it does about 14-17 minutes to fully cooldown. The swivel cord is a neat addition to the brush but is definitely not necessary. The glove itself feels comfortable (the wrist part stretches which accommodates all hand sizes). In general, this product is very helpful and efficient. It left my hair feeling sleek and smooth. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family. I do not know whether this product will work with curly hair as my hair is naturally straight.
