At the dump-station end we've added an easily detachable 4-in-1 translucent elbow adapter for fitting to 3" slip or 3", 3-1/2" and 4" threaded pipes. It's a ready-to-use kit made with 23 mils of the toughest hose you can buy. It includes a bayonet and elbow storage cap. The kit compresses to 56" for storage and the removable 4-in-1 adapter allows you to store the hose in 4” square bumpers.

**Q: we just tried to use this hose today and it was a VERY loose fit. We decided not to take the risk and didnt use it. is this normal?**
A: Mine didn't even last a few weeks. I travel often, so disconnecting/reconnecting happens often. The threading where the black hose connects with the orange parts (connectors to the RV and the ground sewer system) have threading sort of like that of a garden hose, where you can screw/unscrew its parts. Once the parts are off, I could never connect it, and even at these connections sites, it was always loose, making it completely useless! so now, I only buy the DOMINATOR hose. Much better and very pleased with the DOMINATOR instead. I have never had a problem with my other choice/purchase and it's much more reliable and better made.

**Q: Can you connect 2 of these together for a 40' hose?**
A: Not sure - you can get a 5' extension sewer kit, and their 20' sewer hose pictured on Amazon looks like they joined 2 x 10'. While ours is the 15' one, you realistically only get 13' distance. Perhaps contact Camco themselves, since previous replies seem contracdictory.

**Q: can you buy the rubber O rings, mine are leaking (its three yrs old)**
A: Looks like Camco 39834 is what you are looking for.

**Q: was told i needed to buy a heated hose for my rv when i shut it down for the winter.  i'm new at rving - is this a 'heated' hose?**
A: It is not a heated hose shown. We've rv'd for years and NEVER had a heated hose for sewer. 
I wonder why you would need heat if your rv is shut down ie no water sewer etc.
I have heard of a heated water hose tho or a heater for your water hose.
