It needs to be used consistently and need be patient with yourself. We have a large yard covered with green grass even in winter, but it's too cold to go earthing outdoors.I used the kit twice and everything seemed to be OK. Then, out of curiosity I decided to run one of tests for a whole set of products. The first time I got a solid green light, but when I decided to run the test two hours later, the light flashed and went off.The instructions clearly state the light must be solid.I usually sleep well, but after using the mat ONCE for 30 minutes I slept even better than usual.I am returning the kit due to the failed test.I will be waiting for Spring to arrive.
